We are really excited to be launching our new carer training programme - we can offer compulsory, core and bespoke specific carer training for a small group of carers or for a larger group.

We are currently offering the programme virtually and are confident we can offer an engaging and interactive session.

Being compliant - our foundation training courses (compulsory) offer your carers the early learning they need to equip and prepare them for their role, they are also an important reminder, so regular refreshers are available.

Being safe - our core training considers the essential training carers need to continue to learn and grow. Core training builds on the foundation above.

Personal learning - our specific/bespoke training offers depth into subject areas that may supports carers and gives more insight into the children they care for. Ofsted will be particularly interested to see how you have equipped carers to learn and develop to meet children's needs.
