Welcome to our online shop, we are offering templates and bundles intended to support you and your organisation.
The templates do not come with any guidance for use, however, they do have prompts along the way and we link the content to training that we offer, whether that be in our programme, or commissioned sessions for your service. This can provide a time to work through a template so staff are confident in it’s use, and you can keep these as a good practice example for new starters, and refer to them in an ongoing way, creating your own guidance for use.
Alternatively you can book an hour's consultation with Catherine so the form can be discussed, questions can be asked to again ensure you are confident with how you might consider using or developing the form to fit your service.
All of the templates should be considered as a starting point - a “foundation” into what you might consider undertaking within your service. They are all formatted as a word document to enable you to remove, change or add to so that it is completely relevant for your organisation and to be used in a “live” and ongoing way as things change or develop. They are not intended to be rigid and that you must complete all of what is included, this, as stated, is entirely up to you to work through with your teams to ensure it is fit for your own purpose, depending on your understanding of themes and patterns in your agency. Where they are relevant to another part of the service, or there is an additional template, the forms will highlight areas to cross reference and serve as a reminder to consider other work that might need to be undertaken in this process.
Each template can be purchased as a stand alone, or within a bundle that we have put together in what we consider a methodical way, encouraging a process which is helpful to support decision making. Each template will compliment each other, a natural “what next” - showing triangulation.
We intend to review our material, and the content of the form may change as needs arise and in line with any changes within the regulations, standards, or in response to our own research into case reviews or learnings nationally. You are free to do the same, once you purchase it - you can use it. For this reason we are going to do “time limited drops” - where a bundle may be available for a short period and then removed for further review - it is likely to appear a few months later - so it is always worth looking at the shop and how this evolves, offering new bundles, or reruns.
These bundles are a culmination of Catherine’s almost 40 years within the industry. After working closely with many IFAs in a consultancy role for the last 5 years, we have tried to identify areas and trends that could be improved with the use of these forms. We hope that the forms serve you and your agencies well.
Please note, although we are happy to give you a rough guide to policies and processes within your organisation, we do not write policies as these must be meaningful within your organisation, something everyone creates together and this is in our opinion the only way you will achieve success and consistency across your staff group.
Our work is based on improving strategic overview and practice across the sector - to help create consistency within your own workplace, consider boundaries and ensure that staff, carers and children have the best possible experience of “together”.
We do not give permission to use any of our material outside of the agency, therefore you will need to demonstrate which agency you are intending to use the material in and sign a disclaimer prior to release of any documents.
