Just want to give feedback on how fantastic I am finding the VIP service, it's worth every penny and more. Sometimes I use it as a sounding board to reflect on my own practice, and sometimes for Catherine's knowledge and skill level, which is pretty incredible, of regulations and fostering in general. Not only do I now know more, but I feel more confident in making my decisions, knowing that any area of concern has been thoroughly discussed and reflected upon. Everything I bring up is treated with the same value, whether a small or big issue, and it actually makes me feel much safer as an ADM.
